Munitor Gruppe Russland is a branch of a German leading company in the field of commercial property management in Russian Federation. The Russian branch of the company specializes in the management and development of commercial real estate projects from the stage of construction to Asset Management (AM), Property Management (PM) and Facility Management (FM). In the commercial real estate market of Russia, the company’s specialists have been working since 2006. Lots of projects in the field of commercial and warehouse real estate were realized during the time of work. The specialists of Munitor Gruppe Russland were employed as consultants to develop the concept and manage a number of sports facilities, including the Olympic projects of Sochi-2014.

Mr. Weiss has more than 20 years’ experience in property and asset management; held senior positions in real estate development and management companies. He has wide knowledge in various sectors and formats in fields of property and asset management. Mr. Weiss graduated from the IREBS German Real Estate Academy. Specialty fields: “Asset Management”, “Shopping Center Management”.
Mr. Weiss gained extensive experience representing interests of Accent Real Estate Investment Managers , Wermuth Asset Management and others. Currently is a member of Guild of Managers and Developers and also a development director of real estate projects; an Honored Student of Event and Venue Management Institute (EVMI), London UK.
Received practical training at the “O2 Arena” in London, UK; the “Emirates Stadium” in Holloway, UK; the “Commerzbank-Arena” in Frankfurt, Germany; the “Allianz Arena” in Munich, Germany; and the “O2 Arena” in Hamburg, Germany.
Mr. Weiss was awarded The Best Project in Re-development of Commercial Real Estate by the German Council of Shopping Centers (GCSC).
